Description
The Levenhuk Discovery Sky Trip ST50 is a compact refracting telescope designed for beginning astronomers. It is suitable for observing the Moon and planets, while the alt-azimuth mount makes aiming simple even for users with no previous observing experience. The kit includes two eyepieces with different focal lengths and a 3x Barlow lens for experimenting with magnification, as well as an optical finder for locating celestial objects. A tall, height-adjustable tripod allows observers of different heights to use the telescope comfortably. One of the model's main advantages is portability: its tube is considerably shorter than that of many conventional refractors, making it useful for travel and astronomy festivals. A dedicated backpack is included for transport. The set also provides a smartphone adapter for photographing observations and the illustrated educational book "Space. The Non-Empty Void." Package contents: telescope optical tube; alt-azimuth mount; aluminum tripod; 2x optical finder; H8 mm 1.25" eyepiece; H20 mm 1.25" eyepiece; diagonal prism; 3x Barlow lens; smartphone adapter; carrying backpack; "Space. The Non-Empty Void" knowledge book; user manual and warranty card.
