Description
The Levenhuk Skyline BASE 120S reflector is designed for beginning astronomers who want to explore deep-sky objects as well as brighter targets. Its optics can reveal nebulae, double stars, globular and open clusters, galaxies and other objects; the model is intended to show all Messier objects and selected NGC objects under suitable conditions. A simple alt-azimuth mount makes aiming straightforward even for inexperienced users, while the smooth movement of the mount and a 5x optical finder help with precise targeting. The aluminum tripod has height-adjustable legs for stable placement, including on uneven ground, and includes an accessory tray. Two eyepieces are supplied.
