Description
The Discovery Micro Polar is an entry-level biological microscope designed for first steps into the microscopic world. Its optical system uses 4x, 10x and 40x objectives together with a 10x–16x eyepiece, providing total magnification from 40x to 640x for viewing large cells, plant tissues, insect parts and other specimens. The compact monocular head is inclined 45° for comfortable observation. Adjustable LED illumination is located below the stage and is powered by batteries, allowing the microscope to be used away from a mains outlet. The set includes the “Invisible World” knowledge book and 24 prepared Discovery “Flora and Fauna” slides.
