Description
The Bresser National Geographic 20x stereo microscope is a simple entry-level instrument for children and students. Place a specimen on the stage, look through the two eyepieces and adjust focus to obtain a bright, three-dimensional image at 20x magnification. Top illumination works with reflected light, making the microscope especially suitable for opaque objects. The light is battery powered, so the microscope can also be used away from a mains outlet, and the interpupillary distance is adjustable for comfortable binocular viewing. Twelve mineral specimens are included. The illumination requires two AA batteries, which are not included. The package contains the stereo microscope, two WF10x eyepieces, 12 mineral samples and an instruction manual.
